Information Notice Regarding an Information Security Incident

The provider of the external reservation management system used by Flora Аpartments (G Hotels EAD), PHOBS d.o.o., has informed our company of an information security incident.
According to the information provided by PHOBS d.o.o., on 3 June 2026, unauthorized access may have occurred to certain guest reservation data stored in the reservation management system. Based on the information currently available, the affected data may include guests’ first and last names, contact details, and certain information related to their reservations.
PHOBS d.o.o. has stated that no payment card data has been compromised and that such data is not stored in a manner that would allow misuse in connection with this incident.
Fraudulent or phishing messages typically request:
- payment of a fee or outstanding amount;
- confirmation of payment card details;
- identity verification;
- disclosure of security codes or authentication credentials; or
- opening suspicious links claiming to originate from the accommodation provider.
It is important to emphasize that G Hotels, the operator of Flora Apartments, does not request payment card details via WhatsApp or Viber, does not ask guests to provide payment card information or security codes through messaging applications, and does not send payment or verification links to unknown third-party websites via WhatsApp or Viber.
